Prices and Quotes
To make a tentative booking please contact us with the dates you require, the approximate number of people attending, your arrival and departure times, and your catering needs. Following your registration of interest we will provide a written quote.
Confirmation, Deposit and Payment
To confirm your booking please complete the booking form enclosed with your quote and forward it to us with your deposit (shown in the quote). Your deposit will be deducted from your final invoice total. On confirmatyion of your booking, we will supply you with an information kit to help facilitate the smooth running of your visit.
Cancellation
In the unfortunate instance of a cancelled booking within 60 days of your planned visit, the booking fee will be forfeited. Booking fees will be transferred if your visit is re-scheduled.
Pricing Variations
Prices quoted are based on current rates and are valid for 12months. Variations in the numbers of persons booked or other substantial alterations can result in changes to the quoted prices.
